Clean Wine- Our '21 Pinot Noir is made with the Clean Wine technique. The process results in a wine that is low in sulfites and histamines, which are known to cause red wine headaches. 
 
It is fruit-forward, with gentle tannins and low acid. It can be enjoyed with a wide variety of food, from seafood to meat. It is crafted to appeal to both the new, younger wine drinker while exhibiting complexity and depth that a studied wine connoisseur will recognize and enjoy.
